Solidvapor provides three program levels for
Outbound calling. These programs are designed to cover a wide
variety of campaign sizes – everything from testing a new
message within a targeted demographic to a full-scale new product
release sales campaign. Each of the program levels provide a large
suite of features, enabling your success and ensuring you are able
to accomplish your campaign objectives.

Outbound Level 1
This level is ideal for short-focused calling
initiatives such as testing a list, message or script, or
presenting a specific message to a core group of customers. This
level should net approximately 200-400 contacts depending on
nature and length of transaction.
Outbound Level 2
This level is well-suited for medium-range
campaigns such as new upgrade announcement to key customers,
surveys to determine functionality in future releases, qualifying
leads from trade shows and direct mail efforts, and so on. This
level should net approximately 400-800 contacts depending on
nature and length of transaction.
Outbound Level 3
This level is excellent for larger programs
such as cold calling into new lists to generate leads, driving up
attendance and registering prospects for seminars, or when calls
are needed to initiate upgrades to the entire customer install
base. This level should net approximately 800-1600 contacts
depending on nature and length of transaction.
