Inbound calling. These programs are designed to cover a wide
variety of campaign sizes – everything from providing
first-level technical telephone support to handling a temporary
inbound call volume increase resulting from a limited-time,
special-offer campaign. Each program level provides numerous

Inbound Level 1
This level is ideal for programs such as
handling first-level technical support questions from new
customers following their initial purchase. It also works well for
freeing up your team by providing operators to answer questions
from curious potential customers following a direct mail effort.
This level provides you with professionally trained operators for
one month and is designed to handle up to 200 calls.
Inbound Level 2
This level is excellent for supporting larger
programs such as the surge of inbound calls from the current
installed base that typically follows a major product release.
This level provides you with professionally trained operators for
one month and is designed to handle up to 500 calls.
Inbound – Ongoing Support
This level is designed specifically for
“maintenance” support such as ongoing technical support or
even to fill in the spaces between larger campaigns when inbound
call volume is reduced. This level provides you with
professionally trained operators for one month and is designed to
handle an average of 100 inbound calls per month.
