The success of a campaign often comes down to the people involved.
In the high-tech world, this is never more apparent. We clearly
understand this and in sitting down with clients, if we feel there
is a situation where our team is not the best fit and would not be
able to achieve the desired objective, we will refer the client to
a different type of solution.
The Process
Getting started is simple. We sit down with you and carefully go
over your objectives, paying special attention to your specific
and unique needs. Once we have a thorough understanding of your
business and your needs, we then hand pick your team from a large
pool of select, dedicated, highly trained phone professionals
(many of our phone reps are DeVry University graduates)
Next, we develop scripting and begin to
refine the message with your assistance. Throughout the campaign,
we continue to work very closely with you, the scripts, and your
new dedicated telesales team to ensure that content quality is
consistently met. In addition, we work alongside the phone reps so
that critical content or message changes that become apparent
during the fine-tuning process are implemented right away in order
to achieve maximum performance.
Throughout the campaign we provide you with
up-to-date status reports so you can keep your finger on the pulse
of the campaign including making adjustments to messaging,
content, and other elements…in real time!
